NASA Kennedy Space Center

My visit to Florida was too short! I stayed there even longer than expected, because of my cancelled flight to New York. I didn’t know that Orlando and other parts of Florida offer so much! A lot of attractions, Disney- Universal- and other parks, shows, natural parks, long coast… I choose one special place – Kennedy Space Center, so NASA base and museum in one (next toTitusville city).

In the vlog, you’ll see that it was a very important experience for me to touch a bit of this great world of cosmic exploration. The most extraordinary moment was meeting with an astronaut Jackiem Lousma, who in 60’s-80’s worked in NASA. The museum is very interesting, interactive, the biggest attractions are the real rockets, spacecraft, simulator and much more!

Tip for those, who travel through Florida without car – distance in Florida are big acctually, from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando took me more than 6 hours, and from Orlando to Kennedy Space Center next 2 hours (crossing Titusville). Greyhound bus stops in Titusville on the gas station around 10 kilometers from our aim, so KSC and THE ONLY transportation from there is a taxi. Yes! I was also confused. So keep it in mind, that maybe you need more time than you expected.
